Today it is run by the Antonioli family, hoteliers for generations, who have created an elegant, welcoming atmosphere, emphasising traditional Trentino hospitality. We returned to the Savoia Palace for the fourth time and were delighted to see that the previous high standards have been maintained. The hotel is well located for skiing with the Cinque Laghi lift a short walk from the ski room (with boot heaters and ski racks) and other main lifts close by. As keen skiers we spent most of our days skiing around the large linked ski areas but always returned to a warm and friendly welcome and an excellent, interesting meal in the restaurant where Ignacio and his team looked after us with great flair and good humour. Our room was clean, well equipped and warm and we enjoyed great views of the steep black run down beside the Spinale lift. We came away feeling totally spoilt having enjoyed great hospitality and wonderful sunny skiing in fresh snow. Can’t wait to return! Angie2612015Fabulous hotel with lovely staff

I spent just 3 nights here by myself in my desire for some mountain air, leaving the family behind. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, while the staff were professional and helpful. The location of the hotel if just around the corner from the Cinque Laghi ski lift (bubble) which is very convenient. As long as you know that you can ski to the Pradalago or Cinque Laghi ski lifts down run 85, the ski world is your oyster! The hotel is opposite a wonderful bakery so it does not matter that there is not cake in the hotel after skiing. The 4 course dinner was good and having half board makes life easier sometimes, especially on your own! I gather that there are good restaurants which I would like to try next time. After skiing, the spa area is heaven, it really is. With my children, I would probably not stay here as the spa is for 14 year old and above, but with my husband, I would definitely, without a doubt, return. DorsetVickyPerfect break

I lived in a doubleroom. I like my beds little softer, they were really hard. The view was nice towards the mountains. We tried the spa which was very good. If I can suggest something to the spa it is to have a little more calm jacuzzi. It was very "aggressive", you could not relax without trying to save your face from getting totally splashed all the time. Breakfast was good, but nothing special, and sometimes the water for the eggs wasnt ready. I big thank you to the staff in the reception! They were so helpful with every single thing! annica sNice hotell

We stayed for a week half board whilst skiing. The hotel, staff and food were all excellent. The hotel sits in the middle of the village, and gives easy access to both the nearby ski lift 50 meters, and facilities. The front of the hotel can be noisy, particularly when snow clearing is taking place. WardsonthegoCould not fault this hotel
