How can I activate my DoloMeet Guest Card?

First of all you'll need to download the MioTrentino app on your phone

Once you'll have finalized the booking through our website, or upon your arrival in the hotel, you can request us the alphanumeric code needed for the activation. After having received the code you'll need to:

Enter in the MioTrentino app and login by choosing an e-mail address and a password.
Select "Link your Guest Card" in homepage.
Insert the alphanumeric code in order to complete the activation.

Now your card is active: through the app you always have under control all the available services and the ones that you already used, you can upgrade to the DoloMeet PASSion Card that includes the lifts, and you can use the QR Code as a ticket for the public transport.
